There are many types of leaks that your swimming pool plumbing can give you. Most leaks are caused by human error rather than the pipe itself going bad, but in some cases it simply is the pipe or the fitting that goes bad. Pressure testing is a great way to find out if it is your plumbing whether it be for a swimming pool or any other type of plumbing. Pressure testing is when you fill the pipe up with pressure to see what areas of the pipe/s have holes, tears, or breaks so that you can find the problem and repair the issue.

Other reasons for leaks are tears in liners. This may require a scuba diving or leak truck to find the hole so that we can then patch it.

The type of pump and filter used for the purpose of swimming pool plumbing is determined by the volume of water in the pool. The setup is devised to enable all the water in the pool to be turned over circulated and filtered at least twice everyday. There are many pieces to the system including union connection pump, filter, salt generator, or auto chlorine feeder and under ground flexible pipe.

Occasionally these pieces can start to leak. Some reasons are an older pluming system, winder damage, or termite problem.
