Check equipment,backwash or rinse filter if necessary,brush tile,skim water surface,clean skimmer basket,test water chemistry,balance water chemistry,vacuum pool(if needed) brush pool/spa walls,maintain proper water level,maintain a weekly maintenance log for your review. We do marble dusting, and salt systems installation too.

POOL OPENING SERVICE
- Removal of swimming pool cover making sure not to get any leftover debris into the pool.
- Begin filling the pool with water.
- Wash your cover and roll back nicely for storage.
- Remove all the plugs and fittings from return lines and re-install all the equipment and accessories we dismantled for the winter.
- Setup pump and filter, make sure that they are operating properly.
- We check your diving board, slide, and stairs for wear and corrosion.
- The last step is adding the swimming pool chemicals that will keep the pool clean. Chlorine and bromine are the two most commonly used pool chemicals.
POOL CLOSING SERVICE
- We start by vacuuming and brushing the pool to remove dirt and algae.
- Lower the water level.
- Empty all lint traps and skimmer baskets and store them for the winter
- Shut off all pool equipment and drain the pump, filter, heater and hoses.
- Clean up all equipment
- If you have a slide or diving board, take it off and store it.
- Shock the pool, add algae side,
- Put air in the system, blow out all water
- Plug all openings.
- Cover the pool to keep dirt and debris out and pool chemicals in
- If cover is not solid we apply a second shock treatment in mid-winter.
